This u3a group aims to:-

- help u3a members enjoy some of the wonderful films shown by Haslemere Hall and support its cinema initiatives

- provide an opportunity for u3a members to be part of a group watching films together

- encourage u3a members to meet each other and form new friendships

We usually get together to see a small selection of films every month. We meet socially both before the film and during the interval giving the opportunity to collect any ideas for the next film night and to discuss the film being shown that day.

You do not have to commit to going to all the films but you do need to be interested in coming as often as you are able.

In the first instance contact our leader, who will send you an email explaining how the Club and the bookings work. You will also be added to the Cinema Club Mailing List. When attending a film with the u3a Cinema Club, you will NOT be able to book it directly via Haslemere Hall. The club leader sends an email once a month to Cinema Club members advertising the films that are available to the Club. She then makes block bookings once the Cinema Club members have expressed which films they would like to see. Everything will be explained in your Welcome email.
