The Fun and Fitness Group takes place every Tuesday & Thursday from 9.30 to 12.45. u3a members have access to the pool, the gym and various activities such as racketball and table tennis. You can choose what time you arrive at these sessions and there will be a break in the middle when members can meet in the cafe and socialise. The price is £3.00 per session. On Thursdays there will be a Forever Fit warm up class from 9.30 - 10.30 am led by a professional trainer. If you want to attend this class it will cost an extra £4.00 and will need to be booked in advance to ensure a place. Before using the gym you will need to have an Induction from one of the Leisure Centre staff.
