We walk on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month starting in September and finishing in July. There are short breaks at Christmas and Easter. All walks, unless notified otherwise, will be approximately 4 miles long over reasonable terrain (we do not do steep hills) and start promptly at 10am. We are a friendly lot and each walk usually finishes with lunch at a pub for those who wish to stay.

We do not confine ourselves to the Haslemere area so walks may involve car journeys of 30-45 minutes.

Group members take turns to organise and lead walks. As we walk approximately 20 times a year everyone has to be willing to take their turn as leader. We give novice leaders plenty of support and help with planning and leading.

The group has a short waiting list.
