Bobbin Lacemakers – Beginners Course

The sessions will introduce people to Torchon Lace techniques. Students will progress to patterns to suit them resulting in making simple items, such as bookmarks, and eventually move on to the more complicated patterns as confidence grows. This will always be at the learner’s own pace. Students will be loaned relevant basic equipment to enable them to start the craft.

Sessions to be 2 hours in length, 2 or 3 times a month.

As a student progresses they might wish to purchase their own equipment and relevant information and advice will be given to assist them.

Initially lessons will take place at my home with adequate parking.

At the moment they are going to take place on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month.
